简介

陈雨金,研究员,1999年7月本科毕业于兰州大学材料物理专业,2009年1月博士毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所凝聚态物理专业,1999年10月至今在中国科学院福建物质结构研究所从事科研工作。已承担和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金和中国科学院项目等40余项,在光电子学领域SCI期刊上合作发表学术论文180余篇(第一和通讯作者论文70余篇),第一发明人申请中国发明专利30余项(已授权专利14项),曾入选中国科学院青年创新促进会和获得中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖。主要开展光电子材料与器件的基础和应用开发研究,在新波段激光材料和器件的探索、制备、性能表征和应用开发方面取得了一些创新性成果。近年来针对人眼安全1.55μm波段激光在军事和民用领域具有重大应用价值但缺乏高性能激光材料的瓶颈问题,对Er3+/Yb3+双掺晶体的生长、结构和性能开展了系统研究,研发出了多种具有潜在应用价值的1.55μm波段激光晶体。
