简介

何超,2012年博士毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所,毕业留所工作。现为研究员、博士生导师,入选研究所“春苗”青年人才、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。《人工晶体学报》青年编委、中国稀土学会稀土晶体专委会委员、中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专委会委员和福建省硅酸盐学会理事。研究方向为光电功能晶体材料和铁电压电材料,涵盖铁电压电晶体和陶瓷、非线性光学晶体、电光晶体等领域。主要涉及面向国家需求的大尺寸非线性光学晶体生长技术,面向高端换能器用弛豫铁电单晶材料研究,面向前沿热点的新型光电功能晶体材料开发。承担和参与了国家自然科学基金、中国科学院重点部署项目、科研仪器设备研制、国家重点研发计划、福建省工业引导性项目等科研项目,发表SCI论文90余篇。
