简介

刘伟,研究员,博士生导师。2008年于中国科学院化学研究所获得博士学位,2008年9月到2016年4月在海外工作从事博士后研究。2016年加入中国科学院福建物质结构研究所。主要从事二维材料合成、二维异质结宽带光电探测器以及基于二维材料的低功耗电子器件。
