光电功能晶体
刘希涛,研究员,博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才,福建省杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。2009年毕业于贵州大学材料物理专业,2014年7月获山东大学材料学博士学位,同年进入中国科学院福建物质结构研究所工作至今。主要从事无机化学和光电功能材料方面研究工作,聚焦光电功能导向的铁电半导体化学合成、结构调控及光电应用开展相关研究,开拓了铁电半导体研究新领域,取得了大极化强度和优异光电特性兼容的重要突破,拓展了铁电极化驱动的新型光电探测技术和器件。以第一/通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nat. Comm.、Adv. Mater.等国际期刊发表学术论文40多篇,论文他引4000多次 (H指数=42)。作为负责人主持国家高层次青年人才专项(中组部),国家自然科学基金(面上、青年)、军委装备发展部快速扶持项目、福建省杰出青年基金、中国科学院人才专项等项目。
