闪烁晶体材料与射线探测器件
吴少凡,男,1974年5月出生,中共党员,研究员二级、博士生导师,所务委员,国家光电子晶体材料工程技术研究中心副主任,中国晶体学会常务理事、副秘书长。主要从事光电晶体材料与器件的探索和工程化制备技术研究,开发出多种激光、闪烁、磁光等新型晶体材料,相关成果已在多个国家重大工程中应用。作为第一完成人,获2004、2020年福建省科技进步二等奖;作为第三完成人,获2011年国家科技进步奖二等奖,2000、2007年福建省科技进步一等奖;2005年获福建青年科技奖、运盛青年科技奖,2009年获中国石化协会青年科技突出贡献奖称号,2018年获福建省科技创新领军人才称号,2019年入选福建省百千万人才工程,2022年入选福建省A类高层次人才。
