张戈,男,1972年出生于福建福州,1994年本科毕业于上海交通大学,获材料科学与工业管理双学士学位;2000年博士毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所物理化学专业,留所工作至今,历任助理研究员、党支部书记、课题组长、所纪委委员、副研究员、研究员、院重点实验室副主任等。任中国光学学会理事、福建省光学学会副会长兼秘书长、福建省物理学会常务理事等社会兼职。主要从事光学材料性能研究与新型激光器件研发。
