林邦姜,研究员,本科、硕士、博士均毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院。博士毕业后以福建省高层次人才身份引进到中国科学院福建物质结构研究所泉州装备制造研究中心工作,现为智能通信网络与信息处理团队负责人。主持国家自然科学基金、福建省促进海洋与渔业产业高质量发展专项、泉州市揭榜挂帅等科研项目20余项。已发表SCI/EI论文100余篇,其中第一/通讯SCI论文50余篇。近五年,发表第一作者SCI论文13篇(JCR一区12篇),通讯作者SCI论文9篇(JCR一区4篇)。
