孙晓琦，研究员二级、博士生导师、福建省稀土工程技术研究中心主任。于中国科学院研究生院获博士学位，曾在海外学习工作。兼任赣州稀土集团（中国南方稀土集团）副总经理、国家离子型稀土工程技术研究中心副主任、美国杜克大学客座教授。以第一作者或唯一通讯作者发表SCI论文120篇，授权国内外发明专利40件。经Web of Science核心合集检索，近年在稀土/分离（Rare earth/Separation）领域论文数量处于国际前列。耦合萃取、沉淀工业技术优势，实现稀土分离方法学创新。与国有龙头企业合作开展工业试验及产业化实施。主持国家重点研发计划、中国科学院STS区域中心、中央引导地方科技发展、福建省科技重大专项专题等项目。获首届中国稀土学会杰出工程师奖、中国侨界贡献奖、中国化工学会侯德榜化工科技青年奖、中国产学研合作创新奖、英国化学工程师学会IChemE Global Awards。入选中国科学院高层次人才、福建省高层次人才A类、厦门市高层次人才A类、福建省引进高层次创新人才、福建省双百计划、江西省双千计划。在中国科学院高层次人才计划终期评估中获得优秀，优秀率20%。中国科学院简报以《中国科学院突破稀土分离关键技术推动我国重稀土战略资源清洁高效利用》为题报道研究工作，获国家领导人、福建省主要领导、江西省主要领导重要批示，福建省人民政府召开专题会议贯彻落实批示。科技日报头版头条以《我国稀土采选分离技术全球领先》为题报道研究进展。
