有机合成和不对称催化
鲍红丽,女,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所研究员,博士生导师、课题组长,结构化学重点实验室副主任,以其卓越的科研成就和对国家战略需求的深刻洞察,成为我所女性青年科研人员的杰出代表。本科就读于中国科学技术大学,后于上海有机所与中国科学技术大学联合培养项目中获得博士学位,并在海外完成了博士后研究。
归国后,鲍红丽研究员将全部精力投入到国家科技创新工作中,已在科研领域深耕超过十年。主持了包括科技部重点研发计划(2018-2023)、杰出青年科学基金(2023-2027)在内的多项科研项目,成功开发了新型烷基化试剂,突破了外球自由基不对称反应的系列难点,并创制了全新的双苯并[f]异吲哚荧光分子家族。她积极学习贯彻习近平总书记关于抢占科技制高点的指示批示精神,把有限的科研力量汇聚到国家需要的研究方向,亲自攻关肿瘤靶向配体的设计与合成,立足于有机合成跨学科开展工作,期待在未来的国际科技竞争中贡献自己的力量。
她在Nat. Catal., JACS, Angew Chem., Nat. Commun.等国际顶级学术期刊上发表文章100余篇,并申请40余项中国专利和PCT,其中20项已获授权。她获得多个奖项,包括中国科学院三八红旗手称号(2024)、第十九届中国青年女科学家奖(2023)、中国化学会“中国均相催化青年奖(2022)”、福建省青年科技奖(2018)。担任国际有机化学杂志Synthesis的副主编、福建省青年科学家协会副理事长、中国化学会有机化学学科委员会委员、应用化学学科委员会委员、工艺化学委员会委员、手性化学学科委员会委员、女化学工作者委员,福州市人大代表、福建省政协委员、中国科协十大代表。
