光电功能晶体材料
孙志华,研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。本科毕业于山东大学,2010年7月获山东大学博士学位,同年进入福建物质结构研究所工作,2015年12月晋升为研究员。长期从事光电功能晶体材料与器件组装研究,聚焦自发极化与导电性耦合的科学难题,围绕新颖铁电半导体的“体系创制—性能调控—器件应用”开展工作,在结构设计、可控合成与功能器件方面取得系列创新成果。先后以通讯作者/第一作者在Sci. Bull.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem.、Adv. Mater.和Nat. Comm.等期刊发表学术论文100多篇,论文他引10000余次(H指数=58),获授权国家发明专利15件,部分发明成果实现转化,其中晶体探测器被应用到高端装备和精密电子元件无损检测等领域。作为负责人主持国家杰出青年基金、联合基金重点项目、优秀青年基金等项目,荣获福建青年科技奖、中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖、上海分院杰出青年科技创新人才奖和福建省自然科学二等奖等荣誉。
