简介

李国辉,正高级工程师。磷酸二氢钾(KDP)和磷酸二氘钾(DKDP)晶体是一种最广泛使用的非线性水溶液晶体材料,具有很高的抗光伤阈值和较高的非线性系数以及可制作较大尺寸器件等优点,高功率固体激光装置中的作为频率转换单元的关键核心组件之一,其作用是将波长为1053 nm的高能红外激光转化为波长为 351 nm 的紫外激光。2001年入所以来主要从事大尺寸KDP、DKDP晶体慢速生长、快速生长、连续过滤、工艺设备研制、晶体匹配切割、晶体坯片表面加工、晶片成品各项光学性能测试,承担国家重大工程大口径KDP、DKDP晶体研制项目,达到工程要求,还从事其它非线性晶体磷酸二氢铵、五钒酸钾等生长研究,发表相关文章、专利四十多篇/件。
