水溶液晶体生长
庄欣欣,男,1967年2月出生,正高级工程师,1990年毕业于复旦大学,获得理学学士和表面非线性光学专业硕士学位,2003年毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所,获物理化学博士学位。2002年起,承担多项国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金面上、国家863项目、福建省重大专项等课题研究,发表文章、专利四十多篇/项。所带领的课题组以水溶液晶体生长及器件研制为主要方向,内容包括非线性光学和新型紫外滤波功能晶体材料、有机及无机配体水溶液晶体, 有机闪烁晶体生长及性能研究,长期从事生长磷酸盐(KDP、ADP),硫酸盐(NSH、KNSH)系列晶体材料,研制的大尺寸KDP晶体及硫酸盐紫外滤波器件已得到批量应用。
